I was very skeptical once I added it to my bottled water. It literally looked like muddy water. I used room temperature water, then refrigerated it and was actually pleasantly surprised. It does have a strange texture, but nothing I can't get past. I'm only drinking it every other day because it's pricey but seems to have all the right ingredients to boost my immunity.
I teach and now I am on summer vacation. I started taking this now so that I can build up my immunity for when classes resume in the fall and I am with the students again....not to mention that I need a little extra defense against this virus....and what I love even more than the immune fighters and the taste are the probiotics that are included! You gotta try this....
Taste was fine. But I failed to see that there was iron. People with Hemochromatosis need products without the iron, please. This can kill us, literally. I will give what I bought away as I will not be able to incorporate the products because of iron added.
I suffer from heart issues & I constantly need zinc. I can't take zinc in pill form so this alternative to add zinc to my diet has been amazing. It's not heavy on flavor so if you're a medical patient like myself who needs added nutrition without the added nausea, this product is great. I consume every time I have chest pains and I feel the difference for days up until I drink the product again. My body loves this product. Will be buying again before I run out. Hope they come up with a watermelon flavor or a melon flavor with added potassium or magnesium :green_heart:
We have taking garden of life protein and meal replacement for few months. Also tried other brands, I'll be say this is the best for our family of 4. Prefer the no sugar ingredients than with favorites. Try to avoid sugar especially for our kids.

It tastes good, nothing extraordinary. But for people who don't like vitamin pills, this is a good choice to fortify your immune system.
I recommend using this product in your drinks or sweets
It is good mix with zero sugar, high in Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc which is good for immune support and even mushrooms
