I recently had my thick, wavy hair cut into a layered, shoulder length bob. Since my hair is color treated and dry I don't like to have to wash and style it every day. I have been using the Oribe Mystify Restyling Spray and have been extremely happy with how it helps to refresh my hair. I have been lightly spraying sections of hair, twirling the sections around my fingers, then just fluffing it all up. My hair looks and feels healthier, and it takes just a few minutes to refresh. You would never know that I had slept on it the night before. There is absolutely no sticky feeling, just softness.
Use it several times a week, perfect for curls, smells good!
I have been looking for a product for years that actually allows me to get away with second-day hair, and I've finally found it! This product refreshes your hair beautifully and enables me to get away with washing my hair every other day. I love it!
i received this as a sample a few weeks ago and have used it a few times since. i have asian hair that doesn't really hold a curl very well, so any product that holds it for more than an hour is pretty gold for me. i have used it a couple of times and i think the best my hair has turned out is when i sprayed it on second day hair, curled my hair right after, and then finished with the oribe dry texturizing spray or apres beach spray. (clearly i'm a fan of oribe) i would definitely add this to your hair arsenal! it works well and as an added bonus, smells great!
I received a sample of this product and very glad I did. A light spray of Oribe Mystify Restyling Spray and a quick blow dry refresh has resulted in “just washed” looking hair several days after it's last wash without the loss of shine I've experienced when using dry shampoos.
I tried this new product because I love Oribe. Well, love the smell and my hair feels soft. It also give hair body and not greasy which is great for second day hair. I took off one star because I have to heat styled; I tried air dry my hair but the results weren't the same.
This great smelling product allows me to go at least 2-3 days without washing my hair. I don't have any sticky or flaky residue as I do with other products touting the same. I would highly recommend this for the busy, on the go person who needs something to refresh your hair and style.
I've played around with this product a little, but haven't figured out the best way to use it. I have fine, straight hair that gets oily at the roots so second day hair has always been a challenge for me. I tried spraying and letting it air dry, but that kind of left my hair limp. I then sprayed and used a hair dryer. It looked better, but not the "refreshed" look I was expecting/hoping for. Plus if I'm looking to extend my wash a day, I usually don't want to take the time for blowdrying it...so not sure I see the desire in using the product that way. I'm going to keep playing with it, but at this point, I have better results from other Oribe products.
Finance my hair stands up and a nappy birds nest on the back of my head.. I have the entire full lineup or a few products I just don't think I know how to use them I am 32y/o cattle reanche, and my hair is past my shoulders. but for some reason I'm able to get the horse's mane better than mine. My dad passed away he had long hair and he was a scientist but that was before I had long hair and was able to get lessons on how to take care of it.. it's long and extra wavy but I can do it currently if I put moose.
I received a sample of this and I am glad that I did not pay any money for it! It did absolutely nothing for my hair -- in fact, it made my second-day hair worse. I have liked a lot of the other Oribe products that I have tried, but this one was a total letdown.
