I am out in the flower bed a lot and tired and getting too old to bend over. I researched gardening chairs and this had good reviews. Got it and tried it out. I was in love. This is the best chair ever and I should have purchased this years ago. I like that it flexes with you, so if you bend forward or sideways the chair bends too. Very comfortable.
I can no longer stand for hours (or minutes) weeding and I prefer not to use chemicals around vegetation and this is significantly better than sitting on a towel on the ground. It is much easier to get up and down, construction enables you to swivel to get weeds on all sides. You can heighten to your preference and very stable. Not good for use in hilly areas but slight slopes are fine.
I love this !! I have lower back problems and this helps me not having to kneel or stay on the ground and the seat is adjustable so that is nice. If I had to change one thing about it I would like to have wheels or something where you don't have to keep getting up to move it along with you down the row your weeding but hey you cant have everything all the time right? I recommend this highly for anyone who loves to garden and has problems. Just be careful leaning back because it could go backwards on you.
It allows you to pull weeds and plant without bending over! I use it for many chores outside.
What a wonderful stool.it is designed very well. My husband hurt his back this last winters day loves to garden.He says the rocker bottom makes it so can lean over farther and from side to side.it is light weight so it moves easy!
You can "rock". While sitting, planting, pulling weeds, etc, and it is adjustable for heighth from ground. I have short legs and it is good for me. Only downside is you can't "roll". We have Florida grass and you can't roll on it anyway, unless you are in a car or truck.
Love it, Cant weed without it due to my being structurally defective! Helps alleviate pain while weeding and allows me to get more work done. A seat cover/cushion makes it even more comfortable.
It's a very practical seat. The only thing that I would change would be to make the seat a little bigger.
Not very practical since no person would stay in the same place in the garden for very long but I didn't think about that when I ordered it. Should have returned it but didn't get to it in time.
It's ok for what it was designed for. I didn't know that it has different settings for height until I had used it a couple of times. Kind of wobbly until you get used to it. Works for what it was intended for though!
