I'm surprised at the low-end quality, given that I've seen other models by Oscar Schmidt that are outstanding. This being concert size, I expected the market would be more than "bare-beginner-I-just-want-a-toy-to-play-with-a-little-while" type customers. The whole instrument felt overly delicate, the finish was uninspiring and the frets were so rough I was afraid I might cut myself. It just didn't feel like something I'd want to play for long. Think I'll pay a little more for something I'll enjoy playing for a long time. This is going back.
