I researched this particular Osteo Bi Flex and it works up to 40%. I personally noticed a small difference day six. This Osteo Bi Flex “Ease” does not contain Glucosamine Sulfate, an ingredient that can cause HAIR LOSS while taking this product. This one also does not contain seafood shells. I'm not sure if it could cause higher cholesterol for someone that already has it.
This is the best buy for your money, these tablets are easier to swallow and work well.
the product is great for people that can't swallow the larger pills, and it has the same effectiveness as the other pills do.
These pills are SMALL and I can easily take them!
Go to for joint pains! At some point in life we all probably need some joint replaced, this makes it so much more tolerable til we get to have a replacement.

I truly believe this helps The ease is much easier to swallow than the Original I had bought before. My joints don't feel as dry as before. I feel they are quite pricy, but, they help.
