I was recommended this by my GP for joint pains and discomfort. I've been taking it for about a month now and have noticed amazing difference in my aches and pains! I have to take a flight of stairs up and down all day, and I don't feel that wear and tear anymorethat used to normally bring me down. I love it!

Osteo Bi-Flex and Walmart have a great Vitamin supplement available ! This one is also triple strength and supplies vitamin D that is great when hunkering down in our homes during winter ! Glucosamine Chondroitin does help to lubricate our aging joints ! This is also very cost friendly !!
I have very bad knees due to surgeries and being a little older with arthritis so I got this to see if it would help at all. I have been taking them for about 10 days now and my knees feel better and I am very happy with that. Most products I have tried before didn't seem to do much but I feel a difference with these already and they have vitamin D which is an added benefit. When it comes to knee pain you look for any relief and I think I may have found it..I look forward to seeing how my knees are in a few weeks. At this time I do recommend these highly as I am experiencing less pain.
I started having a bit of pain in my knuckles on my right hand as the weather got colder. My mother has used Osteo Bi-Flex for years and suggested I try it. It's taken about a week to see results, but I do feel an improvement. I'm not having the pain as it was before and the ache is gone. The pills are easy to swallow. The only issue I have with the product is the oversized bottle. The pill area is about 4 inches high when the pills themselves only take up about an inch of space. It's not a big deal, but the bulky bottle will eat up some cabinet space. That aside, I think it's a really good product and will continue to take it.
It usually takes me a bit longer when testing supplements; but, I think this one really works! I've been taking this supplement, Osteo Bi-Flex, for a few weeks now, and my 'bad' feels good. I'm saying this because I had a knee replacement on my left knee (good knee), around June of 2013. It hasn't been a good thing, so I still suffer with stiffness. But, with the bad knee, it's been touch and go, as far as replacement is considered. I'd recommend this product to anyone who has knee problems, and has been putting off knee surgery.
I just started my osteo by flex join health, I love the fact that it supports a healthy immune system and I hope it stands up to it's comfort within seven days I do a lot of working up and downstairs a lot of movement and work and I do suffer from joint discomfort Osteo Bi-Flex hasn't let me down so I'm hoping with it being the triple strength plus the vitamin D which like I said supports a healthy immune system, and the joint shield. Stand up to it name
I have a lot of joint pain and swelling. So I gave this a try. It took about ten days of taking it to notice a difference. It did not get rid of all my joint issues, but I am seeing an improvement, and anything t that helps is great in my book. I am noticing easier moment with less pain. I love all the vitamin D this has in it reducing my need to take a separate vitamin to get the amount of vitamin D that I need. The only down side that I see is the pills are really big and if you have trouble swallowing pills you will have a bit of a time with them. Over all I am happy with the results and I am going to keep taking these. My joints need all the help they can get. I took a picture of them next to a penny so you can kind of judge the size of the pill. If you have joint pain give this a try.
It's really hard to say if a supplement is effective or not. I've used this for a week, and can't say I've noticed a difference. I do like that it has vitamin D in it, which I've read is really important for runners. It comes in a giant bottle, but it's only about 1/4 full of pills.
My order was delivered to the wrong address the photo of my delivery was 1121 and my address is 1122 I went up the street from my house to 1121 and the house is totally different from the house that my order was delivered to, the driver clearly didn't read the address as to where the package was to be delivered, and they still didn't acknowledge the address was wrong when they took the picture to verify the delivery, maybe the driver needs to tested to see if they're cognitive enough and in their right minds before they're allowed to drive let alone do deliveries
