Defender Pro XT is best invention since sliced bread. Wished they made them for the popular Samsung phones. Solid protective coverage without bulk or loss of the mag safe feature. I won't get a phone unless I know a pro XT has been made for it
So far it's a pretty solid case. Fits snug as a bug. However Is there a holster for this case because I am not able to find one on the OtterBox website ? Will another model iPhone holster fit this case ? Please advise
Love this case. I have been an Otterbox customer since the iPhone 1 and have never cracked a screen. I won't use any other case and I love that I can use this with the MagSafe charging. I like that this case is smaller but seems to have comparable protection. I would recommend this case to anyone.
I got this case as I am constantly dropping my phone and need a little more coverage than a standard otter box. I love the case and how easy it was to put in. However the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the cover for the power port has come detached from the case. The thin rubber holding on didn't last very long. So now I am having to make sure that I don't lose that piece. But other than that, great case and does work with a glass screen protector as well.
Overall, the case is great. The one item that has already failed is the little fold-over cover that snaps into the space where the power plug is inserted. That cover has already detached from the cover. Also, the cover adds so much girth to the dimensions of the phone, my Belden phone charging stand with the adjustable height power plug, doesn't charge the phone because even on the most extended setting, the plug doesn't reach the contacts in the phone.
This case works great with the magSafe charger. It is so nice that it feels like I got a new phone. It is slightly smaller than the Defender Pro series case so it does not fit in the defender holster. It will fit in but you will soon get tired of picking up your phone when it falls out.
The only issue I have with it is the opening on the side for the switch for silent mode. It collects a lot dirt and dust/lint from my pocket. Same with the speakers area at the bottom. See pics.
Beware. The material will fail. I purchased mine August 2023 and now in January 2024 the flap that covers the charging port receptacle is about to break off. Otherwise, it's a good case and I love the ability to attach a lanyard…. Just beware!
I bought this for my 13 Pro when I first got it and I am hard on phones but the back shattered after dropping it about 1 1/2 ft from ground. Excellent customer service, got a new case for my replacement phone but the back of my phone scattered again after 8 months with the new case.
Camera Lens popping above camera cutout, might allow camera lens to scratch easily. Not a good design, I guess to compromise in reducing overall thickness of the case basic protection for camera Lens was missed.
