I've had the case just over a month now and was the best purchase for my phone! I have quite small hands so the popsocket really assists me in holding it - and not dropping it, something I have always done! Super sturdy and has a gloss finish so that makes it easy to clean.
I was concerned that device wouldn't charge with popsocket built into the case but my wireless charger still touches on the sides and allows it to charge without taking out of the case!
I bought this on March 1st or had a hiccup with processing so it didn't ship until the 10th got delivered 15days later. I love it, it's strong, the colour is so much prettier in person. And the fact that it comes with its own pop socket makes me so happy
Great case wife loves it and it works with the wireless charger as well
I love Otterbox Cases as I know they will protect my phone, as I have owned a few over the years. The only thing I am disappointed with is, is that I bought an extra Popsocket (compass design) I have only had it a few days and it is already scratched. I would have expected it to be more robust than that. They are not cheap either.
Yeah so I never thought that i would enjoy a pop socket as much as i do. I play with the thing all the time and it comes in handy for watching videos.
I have been a loyal otterbox customer for many years. As with a lot of companies the quality has gone down and the price has went up over the years. I am satisfied with the product but it's very expensive for what it is. The price should probably be half of what it is or it should at least come with a screen protector.
My prior phone had a Defender Series cover from OtterBox. This time, I chose the Pop Symmetry Series; mainly, because it was less bulky and had a built-in pop socket on the back which makes easier the single-handed management of one's phone. Not only has my phone slightly exit this cover .. but the pop socket is too small for my hand / fingers; likely, due to the way the pop socket is recessed into the rear cover. While I have yet to drop this new phone, I am hopeful that the protection -- the most important part of the cover -- serves me well.
I bought this a month ago but found that the case material was hard plastic and not rubberized like the previous Defender model I owned. I returned it and ordered a Defender.
Was loving the case until it broke. Have to remove the socket when wirelessly charging but other than that awesome case. BUTTTTTT... Just yesterday the right side of the tab that holds the socket in place broke so it no longer holds the socket in place. I don't know how it happened. The case itself still protects the phone but now it is uncomfortable to hold in your hands when typing because you can feel the rough edges. Feels like a big hole in the middle of your phone. I had used pop sockets before and thought that with a built in on an awesome case would be win win with a smooth'ish back look. I never even thought of the idea of it broken, If i did i would never of even looked at this. Stick with the symmetry, and the indiviual socket. This is not a lasting marriage. Stay away from this gimmick.
