I am relatively new to "pop" ups and don't know how I lived without one before. Bought an extra (the Llama one) and love these. When not in use, stays in. I had one on my previous phone but not the socket cover. Watching videos on the phone is so much easier now.Was able to use my first one on this new cover so now have 3 I can interchange as the mood strikes. Quality item, will purchase again.
Im always a fan of defender series. But this time i tried the symmetry because of the popsockets. I just hope you guys will make more options for defender with popsockets for samsung devices. Overall great purchase! Totally recommend it
I've had my new OtterBox almost a month now and I couldn't be happier with it....the new pop out stand on back makes it easier to hold plus I drop it less and that lil stand comes in handy when im watching my music videos or YouTube and with the new upgraded stand u can pop off the top and replace it with yr choice of various different type patterns "I have flowers" soooo pretty super functional and better than eVer Thanks OtterBox
I have this for a few weeks now and I like it so far. I haven't drop my phone/case but I'm hoping my phone will be protected. The best part is that my wireless charging (anker stand) is working without needing to take the pop thing off.
overall the case is good. The only problem I have is the depth of the inlay Pop Socket doesn't allow the socket to fully extend behind the phone. The phone wants to tip because the socket is set too deep inside the case.
I'm so glad for the best name brand, durable phone case WITH a pop-up stand. The only thing I couldn't find that I was hoping for was for it to be made out of eco-friendly/biodegradable/recycled material case. If you make one with ALL those things in one, you'll be unbeatable ;)
If only there would have been a bigger choice option on the website.
I bought this case a couple of weeks ago with great expectation. I have bought otter box for many years for all my family cell phones, but this was a disappointment. First, the price was ridiculously expensive buying it through their web site, second, it doesn't charge properly because of the pop, and third, it doesn't offer adequate screen protection. I do not recommend it, you can get others with similar qualities for a third of what it costs.
I just received the Pop Symmetry case for my Galaxy S20. I was hoping for full fledged protection for the back and front of my phone. I am very happy with the elevated level of guard against cracks or scratches to the phone camera lens, but there is minimal protection to the phone screen. I was hoping for the level of protection of the Life Proof case to the front of my phone. WHY can't Otter offer one case that serves both the front and back of the S20?? #disappointed
I purchased this phone case thinking there was some kind of a grip to hold it in my hand. The material is a smooth plastic and I have dropped my phone more times with this case in the last two weeks since purchasing this case than I have owning any phone. The only thing good about the phone is the pop socket but the only way to keep the phone in your hand it with the pop socket pulled out. It is stylish and fits the phone perfectly but the material is not worth the price. Very disappointed.
