Love this stuff. I use it for my sons white baseball pants and it works wonders! The ONLY negative thing I can say about it is it smells gross.
I can't believe this worked, but it did!!! I made the mistake of washing my favorite white shirt with some new Christmas napkins that (were) white with green and red appliqués. The tag on the napkins said they were machine washable, but the red dye ran horribly and stained everything light pink with big blotches of dark pink. I washed the shirt with bleach multiple times with no luck, and then soaked it in bleach for hours, but still no improvement. I found the White Brite at the store and decided to give the once-white shirt one last try before cutting it up into dust rags. I soaked it about 24 hours, then threw it in the washer. It came out beautifully white without a single spot of pink!! I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. I've attached a picture of the shirt. Before White Brite, it was the same color as that pink pile of linens to the left of the shirt. One word of caution: this stuff is VERY easy to accidentally inhale. I wrapped a towel around my mouth and nose and tried to hold my breath, but I still managed to inhale some, which I don't think is a good thing. So use with caution!
I have tried absolutely everything to get strains out of my couch cushions. Wasn't keen on putting them in the washer then a friend told me about this product. Holy moly! The cushion covers look brand new again! Absolutely amazing product!
Works so amazingly well at cleaning baseball pants!!! Takes the scrubbing out of the process! Will never try anything else!
I recently moved to an area with hard water that contains a high iron content (found out after the fact). I've never had hard water so I didn't know I couldnt use bleach. I was so disappointed when I opened the dryer to find my load of whites had turned a sickly yellow-tan. I found Out White Brite after some Googling and decided to try it. The first time I used it I barely saw results, but I had used warm water. I tried again using HOT water and it worked wonders! I live in an apt with shared laundry and the machine doesnt have a pre-soak function, so these became white again without soaking. The key seems to be hot water. A white poly blend bralette snuck it the load and came out with a bluish tint, so Im guessing this product contains some type of bluing agent, which is fine by me, but be careful to use on cotton only clothes and linens.
This product is Wonderful to clean whites, and I thank Walmart for the quick service and attention on my order
Excellent at removing most color from tee shirts in discharge dye process.
I was pretty skeptical about buying this product but it really works! I have white towels and washcloths that have turned yellow over time. I typically add bleach when I wash them but the yellow tint still remained. I used this product and it took the yellow tint almost completely away. I'm not sure how much you can tell from the picture, but I washed all of the wash clothes in this pile (expect for the top one) with the product and I can tell a HUGE difference between the ones That I used the product on and the one that I didn't. The unwashed one is definitely yellow but the washed ones are white now!
My white laundry is definitely whiter. You MUST do a second rinse to remove the bad smell this product leaves in your clothes. This product even removed stains and whitened my white crocs. You should wear a mask or hold your breath to minimize the risk of breathing this horribly stinky powder. Overall it is good for brightening your white clothes and shoes.
Sorry guys but my purchase is not here n that picture is not my home . Wrong home delivered. Can you check this please. Ty
