Received my chair on 4/13/21. OMG! I Love this chair and especially how easy it was to assemble. The both cushions are so soft and I literally begun drifting off to sleep with a couple of swings , the waterfall going and the calm app. I Love it. Ordering another chair today for my husband! He Loves it!!!! So satisfied with this product!!!!

I absolutely love this chair! it's my everything chair... alone time, reading, and sometimes my deep thoughts, pondering chair. We just bought one for a family member. They are so happy with it and swing in it with their new baby, it helps calm her.
i just love this chair it arrived way ahead of schedule it was very easy to put together it is very comfortable many hours of comfort are enjoyed on this swing so very glad i ordered it and may order a second one
I loved this chair. It's amazing. I'm 5'8 weight 185. It's very sturdy. My husband who is 240 also sits on it just fine. It swings. I was able to assemble it without any help within 5 minutes I'm not lying super easy. The parts are huge 4 steps and you're done. The instructions are extremely easy to read. Best chair ever. It makes my room look so nice.
Product arrived damaged! The covering of the frame was unraveled and hanging. I haven't put it together yet since this was the first thing I saw when I opened the box so I'm not sure of any other damages or how sturdy this chair is. Wish I could add a picture.
Dangerous! This chair will topple over if it's even slightly tilted to the side. Please be careful with small kiddos-both me and my 5yr old have had this chair tip over while in it! Luckily we did not have any major injuries but scared to sit in it anymore! Not for kids and if adults are using, make sure it doesn't swing at all.
Chair is nice, but the base is poor quality. The base was leaning from day one. The seller sent a few replacement parts (that were used), but weren't what we needed. They haven't sent a replacement and the base is unstable. Not worth the money!
I was so excited to put this together, but the holes on 3 of the pieces don't even line up in order to even put the base together. So disappointing. And unfortunately I started after the customer service hours closed so I have to wait until tomorrow to talk to anybody.
The chair arrived fast however the craftsmanship is awful. The holes for the base post do not align making it impossible to use. The hardware also had missing pieces. I am so disappointed.
