I bought this pack because I bike to work every day through the city. Superb bag. The 3 compartments make it very spacious and capable of holding all my gear plus a spare change of clothes and shoes. The straps are comfortable and the fit is snug. Although I do not think its water proof, I have been through light rain with no problem at all. I bought this "cheap" pack thinking it would merely satisfy my bike commute, but it is truly a great, spacious, and practical bag. Can be used for hiking, travel, or everyday uses. Surpassed my expectations!
I was very pleased with this item when I received it. I was first impressed by the size of the bag. It is very roomy and has many compartments making packing it easy! It is made of durable material and has a very comfortable back and straps. I am looking forward to using this as a carry-all for my outdoor fun!
When I first looked on line for a back pack I was amazed to see this one. Having read the reviews from others that have purchased this item definitely helped with my decision to purchase it. For the price, it's an outstanding buy. The quality plus the different compartments make it a perfect choice for me. I have nerve damage in my leg and sometimes use a cane for stability. I use the backpack in place of a dufflebag type. If I'm going to gone for a few days, I can put all my clothes, toiletries etc in it; everything I'd put in a carry bag I used before. With this backpack, my hands are free and even if I want to take another small bag with me, having this backpack allows me too. Again, for the price, quality and room it has, I couldn't have gotten a better deal. I recommend this backpack hands-down, 100%.
My son used this backpack all last school year (6th grade). It has 3 zippered pockets great for storing all kinds of school stuff. He can fit practically the entire contents of his locker in here. I also appreciate the reflective trim which shows up great if he is walking home from the library after dark. At the end of the school year, we emptied it and packed it away in the closet, intending to save it for any future weekend trips. For his 7th grade year, I purchased him a new backpack that cost nearly twice as much, and less than three weeks into the school year I was making repairs to a seam and a zipper due to the poor quality. We pulled his old backpack out of the closet and he's been using it ever since. I know it will wear out eventually due to daily use. So I'm purchasing another (or maybe two) that he'll be able to use when that happens.
This backpack was a great deal. It's very roomy with they different zippered areas and excellent quality. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a good quality, roomy, super reasonable priced backpack.
Perfect! Purchased it for airline travel overseas to carry essentials, particularly China, where carry-on luggage is limited to 11 lbs and 8 x 16 x 22 inches in size on domestic flights, or at least the ones I was scheduled for. Perfect size. Perfect light - weight. Durable. Fits under coach seat. I couldn't be more pleased.
I am a teacher of 5 grades, which means I have many textbooks to carry around on a daily basis. I can fit most of my textbooks all in the main section. The way the backpack sits on your back makes it feel as if there is nothing on your back. I am completely satisfied with this bag.
i was so excited to get this backpack. it is awesome for the price especially the 97 cent shipping. when i got it, it was too soon to pack for my trip so i was able to stuff 2 standard bed pillows in it to see its capacity. i also love how it has 3 zippered compartments. the small compartment is perfect for wallaet, keys, and in my case some outgoing mail, folded paperwork, cell phone, camera, pens, etc.. the middle one i filled with an assortment of baby toys (long bus ride), and the main compartment i had a big blanket, change of clothes, snack food, and drinks for me and my daughter. The main compartment even had another compartment within which i was able to put a changing pad and about 4 or 5 diapers. So you can imagine what you could possibly put in this large convenient backpack. Perfect carry-on type bag if you have kids or a lot of stuff to "carry-on." I used this bag for a 5 hour bus ride from daytona to tallahassee, fl, and plan on using it again on the plane for my trip to san francisco this christmas. I cant say enough, this bag was absolutely what i was looking for with an amazing price. Deffinately my favorite walmart.com purchase yet. I hope this review helps
You may have not have thought of using a back pack for shopping but this one with the strap system and extra room, is perfect for shopping. Add a 20 X 12 folding Travel Kart which fits easily into its own separate compartment and you have the perfect combination if you need to bring more than one back pack of groceries up flights of stairs.
Tons of space. Good for traveling on airlines!
