I accomplished every thing I needed it for. The appearance is sloppy do to the velcore not matching on the laundry bag at the botton. I will definately purchase more.
Bought this product to use as storage for new baby's bath stuff. The different size pockets are very nice for storing all different bath products. We use the small ones for baby wash and shampoo and bath toys, the medium size ones for washcloths, and the large hamper pocket is a nice place to keep the bath cradle. Everything is accessible in the bathroom at arms reach. It's harder to close the door all the way now, but that's to be expected when hanging things over the top.
I bought this product not for shoes and purses but to organize my bathroom products so they would be in easy reach. It works perfectly. Holding my blow dryer, curling irons, combs, brushes, hairsprays and lotions and the large bottom area is perfect for keep extra towels and face cloths handy. Now I don't to have 20 things fall out of the cupboard each time I try to get my blow dryer! The box it was sent in was large enough to hold a bed in a bag! The product was quite flat and not very long. The bottom of the box was almost open. Its a wonder the product did not fall out on its way here. Other then that its great!
I really like this!! It is a nice way to store hair stuff (straightener, curling iron, hair dryer, etc) Kids LOVE to put their dirty clothes in the bottom hamper now! This makes momma happy as there are no more clothes on the floor!!! And my stuff that I use on a regular basis isn't hiding in the hall closet!
I put this on the door of my pantry. I bought it to solve a problem I had storing plastic lids. The "hamper" at the bottom is GREAT for lids of all sizes. I use the other pockets for foil, plastic bags, plastic wrap, etc. It has worked out great.
This bag is nice in that each row of pockets are a different size. In that regard, it's more practical/useful than other over-the-door organizers. However, be aware that the picture seems to show an actual plastic hamper in the bottom compartment, and there is not one with this bag. I don't know if you are supposed to add your own (I really don't know why you would, since it really is like a laundry "bag"), but the picture is misleading. It fooled me, at least...
However, the over the door hooks are meant for newer doors. You know the cheaper doors that are used now a days. I have closet doors original to my house, the thick solid wood ones. Because of that I had to screw in hooks to attach it and I had one heck of a time screwing hooks into 60 year old solid wood doors, as you can imagine. Other than that, it's durable and my son loves it.
I really like this organizer it is perfect in my utility room to old all my items and keep the downstair laundry off of the floor. The only thing I would change is the color it is very silver metalic (almost like a mesh screen) and that there is no zipper on the bottom of the laundry bag. But it serves the purpose I need it for.
I hung this from my closet door and it looks as if I put 20 lb of dirty laundry in the hamper section that it may not be able to hold up to it. I like all the pockets and how it hangs on the door. Would have spent more on a canvas or stronger cloth with the same features.
Would be great, but one cannot hope to ever shut the door that this bag is hanging on. The hardware is way too thick and awkward, and pops off easily.
