Best dish toddlers can use to learn to feed themselves. The removable ring gives the dish a lip that channels the food onto the child's spoon or fork. This helps the child learn to eat with utensils rather than with their hands. It's a shame that this line of dishes has been discontinued by the manufacturer. They have become very hard to find. There was a complete set of dishes and utensils in this particular line including toddler spoons and forks, junior fork, knife, and spoon, covered snack bowls, cereal bowl, junior plate, and cups. All dishes have a rubberized bottom to assist in keeping the dish stabilized on the table while the child eats. The toddler utensils are formed with perfect sizing for small hands while the junior utensils fit an older child learning to cut their own food. These dishes came in blue, pink and lime green. Absolute best kids dishes ever made. Can't understand why they would ever be discontinued.
