The product seems to cut down on the bacteria in the black tank
This product deserves 10 stars! Easy to use, no smell from the camper's black tank even with the 90 degree humid days this summer. I have been buying this for the past six years without any issues! Thank you for a great product made in the USA!!!
This is the shizznit for your shizznit tank!! We self-contain camp every weekend. We don't need to dump every week because it's just two of us and we aren't at the camper most of the time. But the stuff we used to use didn't contain the stench from week to week; so every week we had to spend $25 per dump at the closest dump site. That gets really expensive. We've been using Oxy-Kem all summer. We can go 3 weeks between dumps because this stuff breaks the icky down and kills the smell. WOOHOO!! This summer was really hot and humid and we should've been gagged. But nope! No smell! We only dump now because of the tank level. I'm sooooo happy I found Oxy-Kem! Totally will buy again and again AND will recommend to others!
Been the best product as far as I'm concerned, but I haven't been using for decades like a lot of other RV Owners.
Until I found this, the other tank treatments didn't work so well. They didn't effectively do the job needed in stinky rv septic system. Less than a week, odors came back. This product just nails it all the way around. Its so low maintenence from how it cleans everything. Odors don't come back for almost 3 weeks. I live alone and unless my cats are using tank too, every product should work as well as OxyKem
Okay, so we've tried everything on the shelf and even tried two different DIY formulas for controlling odors in the black tank. We've bow been using this product through two winters and two very humid summers. This product, in my opionion, is not the best on the market for controlling odors. Yet, 8 gave it five stars. Why? Because the black tanks on our fiver always flow smoothly with no blockage and the valves pull smoothly. I used the blue liquid for years thinking it was the best because it was superior at odor control. However, the tanks often had trouble draining and the valves didn't pull open smoothly. For real. This became a thing. Using these Oxy Kem pod thingies legitimately helped with valve smoothness and tank drain efficiency. Anyway, my two cents. I'm out!
