I have a daycare and my children love this toy. It has a lot more movement ability and can really get crazy, so I do recomend keeping an eye on the kids. They all love it and have had a blast. It was fairly easy to assemble, just takes a couple hours, and seems to be durable. Great value for the money!!!
This thing is GREAT!!! VERY solid construction. I have a 7yo and a 3yo (both boys) and they are rough on toys....this thing is built like a rock. I had me (200lbs) my wife (130lbs) and my two boys (110 lbs total) on this thing and it handled us with NO problem. The other reviews said it takes abouttwo hours to put together but I figured I would breeze through it in much less time because I am a carpenter and mechanic.....WRONG! It too me the full two hours to assemble so plan fo rthat time. Highly recommed this to anyone.
My 3 year old daughter loves this very much. It is very well made and so far seems very safe. Some reviews said it was hard to put together but my husband had no problem at all with it. Very happy with this item.
The name of this product is Lifetime Helicopter Teeter Totter. This thing will live up to its name. This was a birthday gift for my 6 year old son. Once it was assembled we all piled on (the not so little grown ups) and there was not even a hint of give. We were even able to teeter totter with no problems. Do not recommend trying to sit "inside" the helicopter....one of the short ones (not me) got temporarily stuck. Then we let the little ones play. Their imagination took flight and they were flying off on a rescue mission. They even imagined a near crash, but recovered at the last minute. They have played on the helicopter every day since it was put together. I will be adding more of the Lifetime equipment to our kids' playground. We are very pleased with the construction and durability of this product and would not hesitate to recommend this product to friends, family or complete strangers.
Very well made and my daycare kids LOVE it! Didn't take my husband but about 2 hrs to assemble. Everything was packaged nicely. great purchase!
We got this for our 4 and 5 yr old boys for Christmas. It took forever to put together for my husband but he did it in about 2 hours. ALOT of little parts and had to be done outside as it wouldnt fit through our door. But overall a great toy. my kids love playing on it and climbing all over it. They were more excited about the helicopter than they were about their new TVs they got. Thank you so much for having things like this available to your customers. By far the most favorite christmas present for them.
this is a very well made product that will last for years very very happy with this helicopter. my grand kids are 5,4,2 and they all play at the same time with the little one on the seat with the steering wheel and the other 2 on the teeter totter. its is going to get used alot. very glad I bought it.
We got this for our sons 3rd birthday. He loves it so big smiles all round. Great for back yards or driveways this will provide hours of entertainment. Assembly is easy with the easy to follow instructions but only minor gripe is that some of the joins and nuts and bolts were out of line and difficult to tighten to make all joins tight. Otherwise very good (so far).
Great, children of different ages can play together. Took about 4 hours to build. Had to backtrack twice so it can be done in about 3 1/2 hours. The kids love it. I would have rated it 5 stars except some of the bolt heads are in really bad positions. My 6 year old slightly hurt her ankle and lower leg when sliding around and then banging into the bolt heads - wear socks and sneakers. The quality of the metal on the bolts is awful. They should charge $10 more and supply better bolts. I needed to go to the hardware store to buy two bolts that stripped and I was not being rough. Love It!
My wife bought this for my son's birthday and of course it needs assembly. So I did a full inventory of all the pieces (there are many) and all the hardware (again, lots!) and found that the bag with the hardware for the main and tail rotor assembly was broken and missing some pieces, but nothing I couldn't work around, or at least so I thought. So....off to a bad start. Then I actually tried to put this thing together, and OH HOLY SMOKES this thing does not like to come together. Most all the parts have to be connected using hardware that is secured with two allen wrenches (supplied), and right away I started experiencing problems with bolts that would only thread about two turns and then bind up...a sign that the threads are messed up. UGH! I had to make the kids go play somewhere else while I was working on it so they wouldn't have to be exposed to my unrestricted stream of dispersions upon the manufacturers of this contraption. More than once I had to walk away from it lest I lose my temper and crush the thing with my truck. Anyway, I wound up buying a tap and die kit and using it to correct the messed up threads and then things went much smoother. Unless you like a challenge overcoming the problems created by poor QA and manufacturing processes, I wouldn't bother. But, like I said, once it is finally coerced into an assembled state from the sadistic chaos of parts and shabby hardware, the kids go nuts for it.
