Got in store on clearance and saved money big time! Works perfect and as described. Won't work when phone is completely dead or when phone shuts down due to critically low battery status. No problem with the cord that came with unit.
Charged my kycera vibe from 42% to 86% and the unit is at 2 bars so I'm guessing 10% to fully charged would completly drain the charger. But i had the flash light on for 5 hours and the unit still had 4 bars. But the original cord would charge the unit but would only charge my phone for one second. I used my other cord and the unit will charge my phone fine. You will need another charging cord.
Great size, roughly 11oz in weight, would suggest for a dayhike or someone who needs a smaller more practical charger than the normal massive chargers. Mine only seems to work when my phone is unlocked, but i bought it half price on clearance so i didnt expect much. First thing you should do is use a separate micro usb to usb adapter, the black one that comes with it is sketchy sometimes. Comes with a loop that allows hanging it, i havent personally used it. Enjoying the flashlight, which is not a big battery drainer
