My hair is very heavy and thick, and this is the absolute best shampoo I have ever found. The quality of water in my town isn't great, but this helps with that issue. It cleans so well that my hair always feel so light after a wash!
I do really like this shampoo/conditioner combo but have deciphered the ingredients and discovered there is palm oil in it. So hey Pantene, if you want a good marketing strategy; use a better oil product in your shampoo and label it as "No palm oil" and watch your sales soar. And watch 'Before The Flood' if you don't know why this is becoming and should be a concern of everybody.
