If I could do two ratings I would give 5 stars for the product itself and NO (or negative number) stars for the packaging! I ordered two of these-one for my child and the other one to give as a gift. Order came quickly and the tunnel itself is as shown in the picture-great. However, the boxes which both tunnels came in were so damaged. One was definitely used and returned, the box was ripped and taped in weird places. even instructions inside the box were ripped. The tunnel itself had some minor damage, but whatever, my kid can play with/in it. The other box was less damaged, but still ripped in some places, no tape over it though. I'm giving the less damaged as a gift and it is really embarrassing to give such box. I really hope that the tunnel itself is in a good shape. Really unhappy with the damaged packaging and unfortunately don't have time to look for another gift. Not sure if I'll be ordering from walmart online again. Will just have to go to the store (which is not too close to me) and hope they'll have what I need.
