I bought this spray in hopes that it would make my fading black boots look new again. This product delivered great results! My faux suede boots look amazing. The color doesn't rub off and dried quickly. I'd definitely recommend this product.
I used this to essentially dye a white item black for a costume. It worked pretty well, turning the item a very dark gray. Considering that this is intended to darken faded black items, I think that this product definitely does its job. I found that the paint did fade some after washing, but after 1-2 washes, it did not fade any more and also did not bleed onto other clothes in the washer. Keep in mind that I used this on an item that was originally white, and my item turned out a dark gray even after washing and use.
Color not permanent on fabric..washes off in laundry..
