Palm WebOS is fantastic - This phone is great

The Palm Pre 2 is great. If you have kept up with the Palm/HP story, this phone is the best price point and hardware to get a Palm WebOS phone on Verizon. Also, I feel good about purchasing and picking it up from Walmart. 1) If you have been a Palm WebOS fan in the past and want a great Verizon phone for very little $$ then here is your chance. 2) This is the ONLY off contract phone for Verizon you are going to find on Walmart's site. Remember, they do not make these phones anymore. But you will get a brand new phone delivered to you. 3) Remember, because Palm was known for backing up all your stuff in the cloud via your Palm Profile, and because Palm was known for it's fantastic Synergy functionality to sync all your contacts into a unified view, THEN this phone will use up more data than most. I think I am on track to use 150MB this month just for this background data usage alone. 4) I enabled this phone on PagePlus, which is one of the only companies that uses Verizon's network as their backbone. I did NOT have to do anything outside of a standard activation to enable this phone on PagePlus. All native Verizon phones will work on PagePlus, and that is why I was so happy to find this phone via Walmart. Conclusion: If you were looking for an inexpensive smart phone off contract on Verizon. And if you know a little something about Palm WebOS. Then this phone is a your best choice.
