great sunscreen and not greasy
I recently started using Palmer's Eventone Fade Cream to lighten sun spots on my face and hands. I wanted a decent sunscreen to protect my skin from further damage as well as prevent my spots from re-darkening. I bought a tube of the Palmer's Eventone Suncare Baby because of the higher 50+ SPF. This stuff is amazing! No sticky residue at all, which is common with higher SPF products. And it smells wonderful, no fake Pina Colada here! It has a mild, chocolaty scent.
This product is perfect for my 5 month old baby. It doesn't leave residue and protects her skin perfectly. I've also noticed her skin is definetly softer even after giving her a bath to wash the sunscreen off. Plus it smells great!
I really love this sunscreen!! I hope Palmers never discontinues it as it is already hard to find. It's very effective, smells good and doesn't leave that white film like other sunscreens do. For me it's the best out there l can even use it for my face without any problems.
We have been using Palmers for over one year to help with dry hands and feet and it works. We have low humidity in Colorado and our skin gets dry and all the hand cream we have tried doesn't work near as good as Palmers.
I spent so much money trying to find a sun screen for our toddler that would not turn him purple or blue (leave a white residue). We ended up using a spray sunscreen but I had concerns about using it on him and the effectiveness due to having to spray it on our hands then then apply. This worked so well for our African American son and so glad that we found a product to keep him protected from the sun and not turn him blue or purple lol!!
I have have super sensitive skin as in I get hives if someone's perfume lands on me. I've been looking for years for a sunscreen that wouldn't give me hives or make me break out in a rash, I finally found it with this brand!! This is the ONLY sunscreen that doesn't bother me, thank you Palmers for making a truly hypoallergenic product!!
I love the fact that this doesn't leave white residue on the skin, which looks horrible on dark brown skin. I'm not sure why this and the other Palmer suncare products aren't more widely available in the stores, but I'm glad I could find it here.
I've been using this sunscreen for about three weeks now on myself, partner, and our 9 month year daughter. I like the smell and consistency of this sunscreen, but I do not like how you have to really rub it in and that it's slightlt greasy. My skin has recently started breaking out with twenty or so white bumps along my forehead and chin so I will have to discontinue using this product. My daughter and partner have not started to break out so I've contributed it as just me having sensitive skin.
I purchased this due to the non tear feature. That is true but it did not prevent sunburn
