The product is excellent, but how it was shipped was inferior. I had ordered several bottles and one of them opened during delivery. Needles to say EVERYTHING was covered in soap. I was less than happy. I will not be reordering this product until they find a better way to ship it. A small piece of blue tape over the cap is not sufficient to keep the top secure and closed.
Excellent dish washing liquid - not the regular, but Ultra Strength. Takes only a small amount for a full sink of dishes. Dries without leaving streaks.
I don't use Palmolive as my dish soap. I do however use it as a stain treatment for my laundry. I can treat the stain (any kind of stain) and then wash it as normal, the same day or days later, it doesn't matter. Heavy duty fabrics like jeans, and delicate fabrics too. Palmolive Original has saved me a lot of time and frustration by being the ultimate one-stop stain treatment. I have not met a stain it cannot remove. It outperforms any of the name brand stain treatments on the market right now, and it's much cheaper too. It removed grease stains on my shirts that were years old and had been treated many times with other products, after none of the other products worked.

The Ultra Palmolive is hard to find. Make sure you check to make sure the word "Ultra" is on the label else you will get a runny product that takes at least 2 time as much product. Look for Palmolive Original Ultra Concentrate on the label.
Best price in the city for a quality product
I have used palmolive dishwashing liquid for 30+ years. The issue I have is that the company has introduced a new bottle cap that frequently blocks, preventing the liquid from being dispensed. The bottle cap is closed after use, and the bottle is stored inside a cupboard, but still the liquid cannot be dispensed with ease (and sometimes not at all) because the liquid solidifies in the cap. It is possible that the problem relates to a change in the recipe of the liquid.
I'm 63 years old and I've used Palmolive for as long as I can remember. My folks used it exclusively, too. The new formula is much more dilute than before. I can use it up about three times faster than before. You can see this by swirling hte product in the bottle. It used to be thick and concentrated. Now it's dilute and no different from any other dish washing liquid. Please bring back the original product. Labeleing it "origina" and saying it's 2X concentrated is just not true.
Have always used Palmolive and the liquid works great, but the new cap design questionable at best. I'm guessing whoever approved this change is not a regular user of this product. The old cap opened with a tug, dispensed precise amounts of the liquid and closed with a simple push. The new one once opened can get in the way of dispensing, too much liquid pours out, is prone to dribble and is not as easy to close. I guess a 30+ year design (estimated) all of a sudden became a problem? Please return to the old cap design.
Palmolive Ultra Strength has been our dishwashing liquid for many years. Our recent purchase appeared to be a slightly darker shade of green. When I started using it, I immediately noticed a sulfuric odor mixed with a slight pine scent, the odor was extremely unpleasant. If this is the new formula, I would not recommend using, and we will not purchase this again. I will gladly send it back to you!
