Have been using Palmolive OXY for some time now, ever since I developed contact dermatitis from a competitor who shall remain nameless D***. :) The new flip top works great. Was not sure about it when I first saw it but after having used it for several washes now, am glad it was changed. Cannot imagine why anyone would think it was wasteful.
This detergent exceeded my expectations. I'm delighted with the performance as it does work fast degreasing and it is easy on hands.
When I moved into my house nine years ago, I tried the other popular detergent. It did not work well in my water. So I tried Palmolive oxy and it works great. It's all I buy now. However, my local big box store no longer stocks it and I wonder why and where I can buy it now.
I have been buying this product for years. It's really great on greasy pans. I always wash the big pots and pans before I put them in the dishwasher. It's a bit more trouble, but dishwashers don't always get all the crude off.
Have been using Palmolive Oxy for the past year. It's awesome! Doesn't take much so product lasts longer.
I love this particular product because, not only does it have a nice smell, it gets my dishes clean and makes a lot of suds, which is a MUST! When using Palmolive OXY, I feel more confident doing my dishes every time because I can count on this soap to get rid of all the oil and grease!
Palmolive Oxy Dish Liquid is the best product I have found for greasy dishes and pots and pans. A small squirt provides much cleaning power. Excellent product.
Very effective degreaser. Lots of suds that last. Very happy with the product itself; however, the new cap allows drips of soap down the sides of the bottle when I tip it over and back up, which makes it slippery and I have to wash off the outside every time I use it or it leaves a blue ring on the sink or shelf. Also, the bottle seems harder to grip as if the shape is a little different or the plastic is thinner because it dents every time I pick it up. I would recommend the product to a friend, but warn them about the packaging. I gave the overall rating a 4 because of the packaging.
We have used nothing but Palmolive Dish Liquid at our house for years. It is effective, gentle on our hands and we like all the various aromas. However, I was stunned by the new cap. We are wasting product every time we use it. I have probably purchased three times more bottles in the last several months than ever before. Too much pours out for just a simple matter of washing my cat's dish. I can't seem to control how much pours out and it runs all over the bottle. As someone with arthritis, I can appreciate that a flip cap may be better, but this design is not the solution. Please send this project back to your engineers!
I have been buying the Palmolive with OXY for quite a while and loved it. You only had to use a small amount and it would cut grease. However, the last two bottles do not work as well as it use to. I would even use it to get grease (butter) off my hands, but it does not anymore!. Now I guess I can buy the less costly brands!.
