Created by Purple Martin enthusiasts! This kit contains everything needed to create an ideal Purple Martin apartment: one easy-to-assemble Deluxe Quad Pod, Center Hub and 15’ Pole System. The heavy duty pole system is designed to hold up to a total of 4 stackable Quad Pod units (16 nesting units) and includes a 2.5” diameter galvanized steel pole with a 3’ ground sleeve for easy installation and removal. The internal top pulley and anti-reverse winch make lifting and lowering the complete house assembly a snap. Proudly made in the USA.

Modular hub design with houses that are mounted at 90-degree angles to separate nesting pairs plus an integral front porch that snaps in place to "lock" nesting box onto mounting pole while the wire supports provide ample perching areas for Purple Martins. Body and roof feature powder-coated steel construction with plastic porches, floors, and hole inserts while the pole is constructed of galvanized steel tubing. Modular hub design allows individual nesting boxes to be removed for cleaning and inspection without disturbing adjacent houses and the feature-packed nesting boxes offer an internal predator guard, an exercise perch for nestlings, ventilation slits, and a recessed nesting cavity with drainage holes. Houses disassemble in seconds for ease of cleaning while the roof has snap tabs for safe nest inspection. Improved air circulation with cross through ventilation and floor vent holes. 4 Large, roomy individual compartments measure 8" x 8". Very easy to assemble, nesting boxes can be fully assembled in minutes all mounting hardware and complete instructions are included.
