Purchased for a specific application at work and then brought home and "played". Setup is easy, browser based. Camera has built in mic, wired or wifi, contact closure control and a ton of settings. Having lost the instruction and setup CD (not really required) I called Panosonic tech support. I work with technology and have NEVER been as impressed as I was by the help desk. The Tech was intelligent, well informed, stayed with me until it was working (a DDNS setup). Had one problem with video on 1 or 2 laptops which was fixed by turning off/down "Hardware acceleration". Overall, very pleased and would recomend.
The camera is the best,tech support are on point.Bought a dlink first and had to return it cause of bad tech support and couldnt get the camera working.Got the panasonic and the camera was up and running an hour later.
I was really exited to be able to see what's going on in my house while I wasn't home. After 8 hours of trying to make it work, I decided to hire someone that charged $60 and hour. He took 2 hours and a half, so he can tell me I need and new router for it to go wireless and I could only see what happened every 5 seconds with no audio. He also stated I need to buy something I forgot what it was for me to see realy good not every 5 seconds and with audio. I was very disappointed, I spent $130 for help witch didn't help. The instructions where very clear, but what supposed to happened next on my laptop never happened next. I took it back to Wall-Mart before the 15 days return policy ended and got refunded.
