I love this soup!! It does have sliced onions in it just fyi, which doesn't bother me because I love onions as well.
Panera soups in their restaurants are stupidly expensive. When I learned that I could buy their autumn squash soup from Walmart, I was so happy! I've tried other stores' pumpkin squash soups, and none compare to Panera's - it's by far the best of the store versions. It's got a great taste and a nice consistency. Thank you Walmart for selling this!
A friend said that Panera's Autumn Squash Soup was too sweet for her, so I tried it. This is exactly why I bought it. Along with the savory spices, this soup is delicious. Paired it with a sourdough and sharp cheddar grilled cheese and was a perfect meal. I will be adding more for my next pickup order.
I'm trying to eat healthier and much to my surprise this was delicious soup. I'm definitely buying again
This is my fav of all soups. Taste and texture is best squash soup found.
Ok, so, this should be called Applesauce Squash Puree. Dont know how the restaurant version tastes, but this was very, very sweet. Yes, the label says apples, but I thought you would taste the squash; however, this was not great for me. I won't purchase again.
I ordered two Panera bread, autumn squash. But received one autumn squash, and another broccoli cheddar.
This Panera butternut squash soup used to be really good, almost as good as at the restaurant's. (Except :( you don't get the pumpkin seeds on top.). I don't know what happened but this cup had a strange after-taste. (Maybe it was expired. I didn't check the expiration date, but if it was, it shouldn't have been out on the shelf for sale.) Very disappointed.
This soup was nasty. Period. Imperceptible squash taste. It was sweet unlike any vegetable soup I have ever had. Sweet because of 20 g sugars with 16 of those being added. Plus lots of saturated fat (8g; 40% of your daily value) and sodium (820mg; 36% of your daily value). Consistency of liquid pumpkin pie filling. Did I mention that it tasted really bad? I will not buy again. Poured leftovers down disposal.
