This soup is delicious! It has a rich chicken broth and plenty of pasta and meatballs. It is the perfect meal or snack. I love that you can get quality Panera products in the grocery store and that they offer the best soups from the restaurants, but also new and exciting flavors to try, like this one! I will be stocking up, for sure.
This takes me back to my childhood when my grandmother made this soup for every Sunday or holiday family dinner. Great flavor, I only wish I could get it in a bigger size!
Delicious. Highly recommend.
Great flavor and I will be buying this again!
I've always been a big fan of the other panera soups (especially the chicken noodle and broccoli cheddar). I recently tried this italian wedding flavor and I am obsessed! I'm always looking for a tasty, quick and healthful lunch option and this soup really hits the spot. Easy to heat up in my work microwave and very filling for a reasonable amount of calories. The little meatballs are so cute and tender!
I was looking for a new flavor to try to get out of my Broc Cheddar ritual and lo and behold Panera's Italian Wedding Soup appeared. Bites-sized Chicken meatballs combined with the mini pasta were delicious. The soup struck the perfect balance of satisfying my hunger but not being too rich. I will add it to my soup rotation going forward.
It's well flavored and has lots of meat balls. It's a matter of preference, but I like other Panera soups better.
I have always loved Italian Wedding Soup (especially my homemade version), but this was pretty good! Unlike a lot of Panera's soups, this one did not leave me with indigestion. Hearty, nicely spiced, not overly salty, and made for a very quick and easy lunch. I'll get it again when it's on sale.
Didn't taste quite right, but, ate it anyway. Went to doctor 2 days after with a viral infection, not sure of course, but, wanted to let your company know, maybe to improve distribution, thanks.
We absolutely LOVE the Panera Broccoli Cheddar and the Baked Potato soups so we were excited to give this a try. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing for us, I love Wedding Soup, it's one of my favorites. I noticed something off immediately with the flavor in this one though, I usually buy Rao's, it is the best store bought wedding soup I have found. After being used to it for the past couple of years this was beyond bland, it took me a while to figure it out, its the meatballs. This stuff uses "chicken" meatballs and they should be beef. The beef adds an extra depth to the flavor, this stuff just tasted like another version of chicken noodle soup which is one of my least favorites. I prefer just about anything over a bland chicken noodle, when I make it I add a bunch of fresh herbs to give it flavor. As expensive as this was I was expecting better, to me it is no better than Progresso, which is a LOT cheaper. If I'm going to spend money on a jar/can of soup I will just stick to Rao's for the Wedding Soup and the Chicken Gnocchi.
