Pantene, don't ever discontinue or change Ice Shine. For the first time in years (and after amassing quite the conditioner collection), my long, highlighted hair is not a matted mess. Ice Shine's detangling effects truly last, my hair is moisturized, and it shines like a child's. The conditioner rinses clean, leaving no residue at the roots. Bravo!
This conditioner performs as claimed, makes my hair really soft and shiny and even easier to comb out after a shower compared to a different brand I had been using. It makes my hair (and my boyfriend's) smell great too!

I usually buy cheap shampoo and expensive conditioner. My hair was shiny. I liked it enough to try the shampoo too. It does work better when combined.
My hair was looking winter dull and lackluster. I usually choose one of Pantene's mosturizing formulas. I'm alway's pleased with the results but wanted a little shine. . Shine lathered up well. My hair looked good. Then my hair dried. There was some sort of white residue in my hair. Had it stayed in my hair okay but it ended up floating out making it look like a shower of dandruff. I assumed I'd not rinsed my hair well enough so the next day I washed and rinsed double what I did the day before. With each additional use the residue built up. I tried using less product. The snow shower remained. Although it hurt my penny pinching heart, in the end I threw away an almost full bottle of Pantene Ice Shine. I still like my regular Pantene but Shine was not right for my thick, curly hair. I'll stick with what I know in the future.
