This is a great extra-fine-point pen to write or draw with. It is not waterproof but quite water resistant. Smooth. Not a roller ball but a unique porous tip. Walmart didn't specify (when I ordered, at least) that there are a dozen in the box; however, in my opinion, it would have been a great value at half that quantity (shhh don't tell Walmart!) because the pen is superb.
Everything about my experience was excellent. Ordering was easy, payment was easy, shipping was fast. Lastly pick-up went smooth without any problems. My doctor LOVES theses pens and wal-mart always has the best prices.

This is the perfect pen for those who prefer anything other than a ballpoint. My previous preferred pen was the Pentel Rolling Writer; due to its scarce availability I was forced to search for a new favorite...and I have found it! Do not allow the price to scare you away as this pen is worth every penny.
These pens are absolutely wonderful. They never skip and they are consistent right down to the last drop of ink. They are a little pricey but if you are looking for a quality pen, these are it.
Great product, especially for use by visually impaired.
