After cleaning the pacifiers I handed it the little one. He is very picky about his binky, I had expected him to give it back, but to my surprise he popped it in and went about way. It's been 3 days and all I need to do is clean then and return them to my little guy. No complaints here and I'm glad it is a pack of two so I can clean and keep them in rotation.
I was so happy to get these in the mail and try them out. They worked perfectly on my baby girl. I liked how easily the are to clean, how long they can last, and so much more. I will definitely recommend this to all of the people and friends I know who are expecting.

These pacifiers work great. Baby had no problem suckling on it. The nipple is the right length and width to get a good suckle going on for baby. I like the calmness of the colors being grey and a light blue. No skin irritation from the plastic part. Would recommend!
My sons not picky but some stayed in his mouth better than others especially as a newborn and these worked really well. They also work well with pacifier clips.
We bought a bunch of orthodontic pacifiers and even some pacifiers with a similar nipple to this, but a curved area instead of the flat round back this one has, and our baby hated them all. Instead she loves this, so we bought more. Once she's asleep she doesn't usually get upset if it falls out of her mouth. Our first baby used orthodontic pacifiers and would wake up and cry. I don't think there's any nipple confusion, because she definitely knows the difference and will spit this out and scream when she's hungry. And we even use Philips Avent bottles too (when not nursing). At 4.5 months she can even put it in her own mouth sometimes or get it to her mouth and chew on the side, which makes her happy too. They're easy to clean, which I like, since we had a problem with the pacifiers that aren't one piece molding. Our only problem is they get lost like all pacifiers or the cat gets them. We had to throw one away, because he bit a hole into the nipple, and it started getting bigger.
My second baby would not take any pacifiers including all the expensive latex types. We got this one and tried it out of desperation and surprise, he loves it!!
These seem to be pretty durable pacifiers. My daughter is exclusively breastfed and refuses all bottles, cups, and pacifiers. I tried these with her and she will tolerate them for a few minutes but will really just chew on them like a teether. They are easy for her to hold by herself and have held up through her gnawing on them.
Parents choice vent pacifiers are good quality. I like that it has the open vents on the side for air flow. My son didn't like it because he's used to the big round nipple one whereas this one has a flat side that he doesn't like. But all in all this would have been great if I had probably gave him this one to use from the beginning.
I received these pacifiers as part of a promotion. My daughter is 14 months old and is already established with a very specific brand and type of pacifier. Maybe this would have been better for a newborn or much younger baby who hasn't attached to a certain brand.
