I am not one for writing reviews but wanted to make sure others didn't have the same issue that I did. The item that I received is not the one showing pictured in the description of the product. Mine does not have any eye holes and is not the same color even. My was more of a blue green for the gel which isn't a big deal but the lack of eye holes make it a bit annoying since now I can't do anything when I use this product. My other issue is if you leave it in your refrigerator for those times that you need it, it is very cold on the face at first so I recommend either leaving it out of a bit at room temperature before placing it on your face or trying to warm it up with your hands or by other means. Overall I would not recommend this product as it is not what you are expecting to receive.
