Fun-filled game for all players whether they be the “clue givers” or the guesser in the “hot seat”! It takes a bit of practice to give clever clues that are not too easy or too vague, and to guess the fun variety of clues that are given. You sharpen up your skills quickly and game play becomes a blast! Great family game/party game/ice breaker! You can make it as easy or as hard as you want!
This game is amazing! We had so much fun playing it. The cards ranged from pretty easy to describe (ex: backyard) to harder (ex: favorite winter activity). But we had a blast going through all of them! I definitely recommend it!
What's Yours Like is a game that you try to figure out the guess word in the fewest number of clues. It's played with 4 or more players. The player describes what theirs is like with true answers, but don't be too specific. Family fun game that will have you laughing in no time.
Played for at least an hour and half. Even my nine year old daughter was playing and enjoyed it. So much fun to watch expressions of the “hot seat” person when some of the clues are given. Oh where does the mind take us?????
Bought as a Christmas present so haven't used it yet.Did play the game with a friends game and loved it.Lots of laugh's
As we get more comfortable with how to play What's Yours Like?, I think we continue to grow more and more savvy with our clues. It's interesting to compare how we play with family members/siblings versus friends. With family members, we've noticed the game play is much quicker because we have lots of shared experiences that factor into many of the clues we give to the person in the hot seat. With friends, we noticed we could provide clues that weren't necessarily connected or related and often that led to tangential thinking. We also noticed that we preferred being in the hot seat rather than being a clue provider. This game is suitable for kids and adults; there are two-colored deck of cards: the cards with the orange border are more suitable for playing with/among kids and families, while the cards with blue borders are more suited for play among adults. We are planning to bring this to Thanksgiving dinner as we all gather together for games after eating. It's a crowd pleaser!
Great family game that is both for the young ones and adult's. Directions and game pieces are easy to use along with the white board. The game makes you think about the way you need to answer which is challenging and fun and the same time. Lots of laughs and how the time flies when your playing this game.
This was a fun game to play at a holiday party. Allows for creative, witty answers. There was a group of 12 and we laughed a lot that night. I do suggest becoming familiar with the rules and how to play so you can do a good job of explaining it to others.
I found you can make this game hard or easy. Our granddaughter was great in the hot seat. We did have to make some of our clues easy because some of us had a hard time guessing the right answer. She was a whizz at this for the most part. We played with 4 people. We all love giving clues. It is a fun game for everyone. We used the orange cards because we had a 12 year old playing with us. The more you play the better you get at guessing from the clues. We can't wait to play again.
Very confusing game. Not fun at all. There isnt any structure so it is just all over the place. Wouldnt recommend.
