Comfortable set, not too difficult to assemble. The chairs do sound wobbly when assembled at first but not once you sit in them. Great set for the price.
We ordered 2 but one chair came with damage the company replaced the two parts immediately. The two pieces came in the next day. Customer service department was quick to fix the situation. The chairs are relaxing to sit in.
Had it about a week. Looks great. Feels of good quality. There was some trouble with lining up some of the screw holes, but it required loosening previously tightened screws to adjust the angle to get it just right. Otherwise, pretty easy. Took less than an hour.
Nice furniture cushions need to be thicker also not all holes lined up It is sturdy
I have a large deck and needed additional furniture. This set was a great price and the seats are substantial. The only reason I did not give it 5 start was that building the chairs was tedious.
Nice set but didnt expect it all to come in pieces. Took hours to put together two sets.
Assembly went well. The set is comfy & looks nice on my deck. Only issue I have is the legs on one chair is very uneven & came a bit twisted. But doesn't wobble when you are seated.
I love the look of this seating arrangement. However, the chairs do not sit evenly on a surface. They wobble for sure!!
Well tge furniture arrived without any screws or directions. You call sams, but they have tou call the manufacturer. They sent out the screws and directions. Then nothing lined up. So after 4 hours of assembly,(which should take 30) my husband adjusting holes and what not it finally sat in lined. The furniture is nice snd and comfortable once you get it assembled.
These chairs are so lopsided. I have loosen and tried so many times to get lined up. On two of the four chairs the left side is an inch off the ground. I did not do the other two. I had someone else try and they could not get them lined up. They are not worth a penny. I never write reviews but these are so bad I had to
