Be sure to soak the pan before you use it after that enjoy.I generally wipe out the pan after I use it clean-up is easy. I burn cheese in the pan and it just wiped clean. Very good product.
My helpful husband started to use this skillet before i could read the guide lines. i'm not sure if we did all we should have. i'm having trouble with things sticking... at this point i would recommend it. if i can't resolve the sticking..maybe i will withdraw my recommendation.
There appears to be something wrong with the copper bottom on this particular pan. I have purchased the 10 piece set and followed the instructions to the T on how to remove the protective film from the bottom of the pan. All worked correctly and the pans have a beautiful copper bottom except the 10 in skillet. I purchased an additional skillet and the same thing happened. In addition, the newest 10 in skilled came with a dent in the pan. I have since returned the 10 in skillet. Like I said all of the other pans in the stainless copper bottom set look beautiful and perform wonderfully.
