This is a size that I use everyday.Great quality, looks nice.
This is a very beautiful and functional pan with the copper bottom which heats quickly.
perfect for everyday cooking, so bought this one as my 2nd cooking pan. I bought my 1st one an year ago, still looks like new.
excellent piece of cookware.handles well ,looks good glad I got it
This pan is a great all around saucepan. You should wash it in baking soda water before using it to remove the coating used to protect it during shipping. If you don't, the bottom of the pan will turn black when you use it. I washed it twice in baking soda water to be sure. I have no complaints with this saucepan.
I bought this pot a few months ago and love it. It's the one I grab most of the time now. There are just a couple of design problems: 1) the black coating material covering the handle is peeling off. 2) the lid needs a vent hole. However, I would buy another of these pots because it seems to perform very well. The slight deductions in star ratings is due to the 2 problems mentioned.
I purchased this (on-line) mainly for the purpose that the bottom was copper-conducted. It looks like it is only copper plated. The bottom wasn't as heavy as a similar (price&style) pan that I saw in the store. Even though I haven't used the heavier-bottomed pan, I think that either one would do a fine job.
I purchased this product because it looked durable and reliable. After getting it home and reading all the instructions of how to take care of it I was a little disappointed. I know copper requires a little more care but after only using the product a few times I found that discoloration inside was quickly noticable. I have other stainless steel cookware that is very durable and easier to take care of. I guess if you want to hang this stuff for show it's ok, but if you expect to use it then make sure you read the operators manual because it is pretty until used.
