I had this phone awhile back and it worked great. I work on BMX bikes that includes greasepaint thinner chemicals ect. along with wood work and multi other things. Well this phone was very strong. I got piant thinner on it .. still worked.. got grease and saw dust on it pefect. The phone drops barely any dents. It goes everywhere with me and no matter what i did to it, it wouldnt get harmed to where i couldnt use it. Untill it went into the ocean. BTW not salt water friendly lol. But i love this phone i will be getting this phone again ina few days to replace my other phone.

I bought this phone in Feb 2011 and am getting a new one tomorrow because the memory is filled up. I absolutely LOVE this phone. The only problem is that after almost 2 1/2 years of use the battery doesn't last very long now, and once the memory gets so filled you basically need a new phone. I have almost 1k voice messages and currently 321 photos stored on my phone and that's basically all it will hold. I am getting this exact phone tomorrow evening and just changing my number over. This is the BEST phone I've ever had. If you want a prepaid phone, that works with refill cards, then this is DEFINITELY the phone for you. I use a Hello Kitty wallpaper, and a hanging HK charm and the phone is cute and adorable. I don't use the calling feature, so all I spend a month is $20 on an unlimited messaging refill card. I love Love LOVE this phone!!

Good phone... Battery life is on the weak side. It's pretty durable. Camera is not that good and the web surfing from verizon is a joke. But over all I'd give it a C

this phone was pretty good when I first got it (october 14, 2012), you know it got the basic talking/texting job done. I never really used the internet because it was too slow and half the sites didn't work. However its current condition (july 14, 2013) tells another story. I always took good care of the phone and rarely dropped it but all of the keys are jammed to the point of having to press each one at least five times before it responds, it erases messages when you open them (even if your mailbox is nearly empty), the battery life is normally 3-5 hours with little use (maybe 4 or 5 texts an hour), its doing this weird black and white flashing thing, and the sound quality is horrible (not to mention the people on the other line can't hear you). so if you're looking for a short term basic phone then you have found your answer. if you are looking for a long time phone with internet I'd keep looking.

I had this phone since october 2011, this phone was just a back-up phone because my other one fell in water. In the beginning, yes, it was a decent phone. Although starting in april/may i started to have difficulties putting the back of the phone on. NO BIGGY! Then the buttons stopped working i had to press the letter multiple times & whenever it did type the letter there were multiples of it. Suddenly, the phone started to flash black & white, it wouldnt let me go to my messages, it would delete an entire message i just typed, not to mention you couldnt really hear me on a phone call, and last BUT NOT LEAST the end button doesnt work therefore my phone wont turn on! so i now have to find a new phone probably with a contract so i wont have to waist a=money on a prepaid phone.
