Your mic emits a buzzing noise to anybody in your Xbox/PS party when using this controller. It's due to it being wired, other than that it works great
Bought the controller, loved the quality/price ratio. Had a malfunction, but 7 days after writing email to their customer service already had a replacement, new one. Very satisfied, would recommend!
I had an old wired controller that broke and got this one via warranty. I worked absolutely perfect for 2 years, until a little issue with the A button occurred where when i pressed A, it would double press it, and today as im writing this an issue where the right trigger is always activated. I haven't gotten it fixed and am considering buying a replacement
It's half the price of a name-brand controller. Also, the embedded USB ensures that dropping doesn't break the connector.
Bought this mainly to use for chatting seeing as I'm on a steering wheel these days. First day out of box I was getting bad static in and out throughout usage. I filed a claim and it it went away so I didn't proceed with it but has since come back. Audio jack is also very very low, and you can not use it with the Xbox one audio accessory as it doesn't have adequate openings to clip in. I cheaped out and I'm paying for it now. Good enough for the super basics needs but not worth it to me. Ill spend the money on an official one next time.
I bought this around a January and loved using it. I was in a party with friends when suddenly I couldn't hear anything from. My earbuds still worked but the controller didnt. It turns on when connected but it doesnt do anything. The controller buttons were still in good condition too but sadly it stopped working

cable messed up, causing controller to constantly lose connection at random, within only a couple weeks
You get what you pay for. controller is poorlydesigned/made. The usb port is set into the controller so that you cannot use " just any" cord. it can't be too wide or it doesn't fit. buttons and toggles work fine, but it's not going to last you very long.
The controls do not work properly. The buttons don't always respond an the bumpers stick even when not being pressed down. Huge problem if you're playing any kind of shooter game! (Call of Duty, Fallout, GTA, etc)
