I wish thrilled when I got this product, so many great reviews, and I was very excited to try it out for myself. I LOVED it, you don't have to scrape hard, easy grip handle and effortless to use. After using it, my feet were as soft as a baby's bottom! Now...here comes the bad part...you are suppose to remove the steel piece so you can rinse if off and empty it. Couldn't easily see how to remove it, but after a few tries I was able to remove it. I cleaned it up, let it air dry and then decided to put the grip back together. THAT is where the problem is. I have tried, off and on, for 3 days to reconnect this piece, but it just won't fit back on. I feel horrible because I was so excited to get this product, even more excited at the ease of use of this product, the after effects was the point of elation, to now see that I may have only gotten that one usage out of it. No point in keeping it if I can't put it back together again.
