Walmart has a great selection of flavors for Pedialyte. Unfortunately, my granddaughter was struck with a stomach flu, and then another virus back to back, and desperately needed to be drinking Pedialyte to keep hydrated. Her favorite is this strawberry kiwi flavor.
Every summer I end up overheating while cleaning the barn, even when cleaning at night. I've dealt with dehydration in the past as I lose so much through sweating. (Thanks meds) I tend to overheat easily and the pedialyte helps me cook down and rehydrate as I'm working. Haven't had a serious problem with the heat so far this year. Favorite is the orange although it's getting more difficult to find.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been drinking Pedialyte for over 5 years and I have tried just about every product and every flavor. The Advanced Care line is my favorite! Between the flavors and the extra electrolytes to refuel your body, you can't go wrong!
I've been diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma cancer and doing chemo treatment. I will get sick vomit and dehydrated after chemo and would have to go to the Cancer center or emergency room for fluids. I started drinking Pedialyte advanced care and it has helped me a lot. Thank you.
I have noticed many reviews complaining about the foil. TURN THE CAP OVER and use cap to pierce foil. You basically “screw on” the cap upside down and it cuts the foil for you (It is designed this way, there are cutting triangles on cap) Our entire family uses Pedialyte for multiple reasons Sickness, sports rehydration, medical rehydration per doctor, airplane dehydration etc
I'm training for a marathon, and I sweat profusely and lose a lot of salts. I've tried Pedialyte in the past and always liked it, and would cycle between it and the other leading G-Named sports drink. I recently found AdvancedCare+, and was surprised and impressed by its overall electrolyte load. After taking a Liter with me on an 18 mile, 3 and a half hour run, I experienced no cramps, and never felt “dehydrated” overall. I only wish I had brought more! This will now be my absolute go-to for running and workouts, as it tastes great, and I know it will do a phenomenal job at keeping my muscles functional and cramp-free.
one of the bottles of pedialyte is cracked and linking.
My son is allergic to all dairy and our go to after an allergic reaction, including vomitting and diarrhea, is always Pedialyte. We never once thought this product would contain milk and we are now waiting to see when or if he reacts severely. He's gone through enough today and now another bout of vomiting is expected due to the Pedialyte which was supposed to help with recovery. PUT THIS ALLERGY ON THE FRONT PLEASE!!!!!! Children go through enough!!!
Horrible experience. I have a severe dairy allergy and my girlfriend got this for me while I was sick. I couldn't keep anything down for a whole day and was vomiting the whole time. I drank this and would immediately vomit it up. I checked the label the next day and found that it had milk in it! What in the world? Why would a clear sports drink have milk ingredients in it? I thought it would be safe. Oh well. Buyer beware.
My lo was sick with a stomach and I gave her pedialyte advanced. My fault for not reading the ingredients I would have never thought it contained milk. Needless to say, it made her symptoms worse.
