The Pedialyte Electrolyte Powder, Strawberry Lemonade, Electrolyte Hydration Drink, 0.6 oz Powder Packs Are delicious. All you need is a bottle or cup of water. You simply open the packet of Pedialyte pour it into the water close your bottle and Shake It Up. This is perfect for moms with little ones on the go. The flavor is quite delicious. It is a blend of strawberry lemonade. It is not too strong of a flavor. I would highly recommend this flavor and all other Pedialyte flavors to everyone. I myself a grown woman also like to drink Pedialyte . You may think only little kids can drink this product. However it's great for everyone.
These Pedialyte packets are very practical. They are made to help dehydration. They are good for children and adults. According to the package they are much more effective than any other drink or even water. Here where I live this beginning of summer has been very hot, so high temperatures that we even passed the three digits. For this reason I need to have my children very hydrated. They are very easy to use, very practical. Just mix a pack of Pedialyte with a 16oz bottle for me, preferably very cold and mix it. You can start with what the instructions say take a little every 15 minutes and then increase the amount just for your body to get used to it. My children and I consume it every day and I like the taste because it is not very strong only what is necessary to savor the fruit. and it keeps us well hydrated. Above all I like it because the pediatrician recommended it to me.
This is one of those products that every family member can use. Frequently while at work my husband becomes very drained from the physical expectations of the job and heat. It's not practical to drink gallons of water when you know that will produce gallons of....bathroom visits. This is portable and will hydrate and restore your electrolytes without excessive fluid. Our daughter takes dance and we have been buying the small Gatorade zero, which is okay. I use it because I enjoy the taste. I prefer a diluted taate so instead of 16.9 oz as suggested, I use 20oz and freeze overnight. Very versatile and portable. Highly recommended. This product will have a permanent place in our cabinet.
Pedialyte has always been a number one brand in my home for my kids. I've always kept the small bottle in the fridge to give the kids whenever they get diarrhea. They came out with a formula that's for kids and adults..WOW! The powder form is better! You can store it in the cabinets and not really worry whether it's old or not. Also, it's more convenient to just grab a packet and pour into a liquid. I will be buying these and definitely recommend for any parent!
My kids love this product. I gave it to my 2 and 5 year old after a day in the sun. They thought it was so cool how it dissolved in the water and tasted great. I loved that it gave them some hydration. I am sure it would be great for a sick child as well. I'm looking to store these in my bag all summer for those hot days of outdoor fun.
I love these pedialyte packets because unlike the large bottles they're easy to take with you anywhere. I love to keep a couple in my purse so I can drink it whenever I am feeling like I can use some extra hydration. You just add the packet to a cup or bottle of water and shake or stir it up. I prefer them with cold water. They have a really yummy strawberry flavor and do no taste powdery at all. I love to take these when I have been feeling under the weather or even after a night of drinking to help rehydrate myself. These are also really great for kids because they actually taste good and it can be fun for them to try to help you mix the powder into the water and create their own drink.
I love that they came out with individual serving sizes of pedialyte. We used to have a hard time finishing the larger containers of pedialyte. We would open one when my child was sick or dehydrated or had a stomach bug, and inevitably half of the container would end up getting thrown away. These single serving packs are much better. My children both liked the taste and asked for more, when I let them sample it.
I was excited to try this powder pedialyte electrolyte powder, since it doesn't have the added ingredients that some sport drinks may have. I love the convenience of the packet so that you can take it anywhere. It does taste like strawberry lemonade, but was very refreshing, it still taste like pedialyte.
Delicious! It tastes like any other sugary drink out there - in a good way though it does have a good amount of sugar and about 50 calories per packet. The packets are nice because you can just throw them in your purse so it's easy to take out at restaurants or soccer games. I liked the convenience of the packaging and it was very easy to rip open. I got Strawberry Lemonade since that's one of my daughter's favorite flavors. I was happy how easily it dissolved and even after sitting there for a while, there was no need to re-shake or stir it up. You know how some powders separate and settle at the bottom? Well it staying dissolved. I personally liked it served over crushed ice, but as long as it's cold water, then you're good. You can even drink it room temp but I recommend chilled. It's perfect for after the playground on a hot day or if your child doesn't like to drink water enough. It's funny but I would describe its taste as wet. Obviously it's wet because it's a drink and it's liquid, but it's like you can tell it's hydrating. It does not have a filmy aftertaste like some sports drinks where you can feel the sugar on your teeth. It's nice and refreshing. And you don't have to run to the bathroom afterwards either which was a minor concern but I did not experience that at all. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked it. Yum!
This Pedialyte Electrolyte Powder is not very pleasing to the tastebuds. I highly disliked it and my kids didn't like it either and refuses to drink it. But we love lemonade of all flavors here. It is the most asked for drink so I thought this would be a homerun. For some reason it taste weird and the only thing I think that helps it a little bit is not to put a whole tub of powder in one bottle of water but then that would defeat the purpose of the nutritional benefits. The point is to replenish electrolytes from dehydration due to sickness, heat exhaustion, intense exercise or travel. I mean I guess they're okay to have on hand for emergencies but it might take awhile to get a child to ingest it. Just wish it tasted a bit better.
