On and Off could be a little easier to figure out, but works GREAT!

kids came in from outside with soaked sneakers. this thing dried both pairs in a couple of hours with no stink left behind. Sooo cool. I wish I had this thing years ago.
My mechanic husband loves this dryer for his two sets of boots he exchanges every 10 hour day! He doesn't even need two pairs now, because the dryer dries the boots in just two hours as opposed to overnight. We have taken off one set of boot stands to dry my gloves inside - they were washed and my clothes dryer wouldn't dry the inside without having to turn the gloves inside out. It is very convenient and gentle on our footwear and gloves. I was concerned about the noise of the fan, but it is a soft whirring and not bad at all.
Used to dry out football cleats (so far), it worked well but would have liked to only use 2 of the 4 places for shoes. There is no way to only turn on 2.
It works really good, but it's a lot louder when it's running, than I thought it would be.
Does just what it says just like it says. I live just north of Seattle, WA and work outside, rain or shine all year long and I also have the static version (without the fan). It's a fabulously simple and effective device that has sent me too work with warm dry boots on many a morning after I had come home with soaked and frozen feet the night before. I thought this one would be more like the static version but with a gentle push of air. This thing blows much harder and louder than I imagined, and since it blows faster it doesn't get very warm. So it didn't meet my expectations of being everything my other one is and then some, but it's still a great boot dryer and is well worth the money. We use it in the day time when the two little ones come in from stomping in puddles and it definitely dries their shoes/boots completely and in just a couple/few hours, as opposed to having damp cold footwear in the morning after just being opened and left out all night. Even if you don't get this one, make sure the one you do get is a Peet.
