I bought this ride on for my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter. She loves it! She rides it all over our property. Black top, concrete, grass, you name it. Has surprisingly good traction for hard plastic tires. I first looked at it through ToysRus, but it was $90 more there. You can register it through peg perego and it will have a two year warranty. Great item, shipped to store in a couple of days. Highly recommended
This was easy put together and the battery life has improved since I had one as a child! It is really great, the hit of the birthday party. I was so happy to find this at Walmart. it was the same price as Target, but the shipping at target was $25 and it was only $8 from Walmart, delivered straight to our home. We live in a very rural area, with limited shopping, so we shop online alot. I was thrilled that it was low shipping for such a big box and arrived on time. My only "improvement' would be for the company to apply all those stickers rather than us having to do it. But the stickers certainly make it look "cool".
I did a lot of research on toddler vehicles before purchasing, and ultimately went with this one. I am very pleased with it so far and my daughter loves it. The build is sturdy, seems very well made, battery is decent, look is nice. Ultimately I feel like I made a very good purchase for the money spent. It will even ride my 140lb. self!!
This is an awesome first vehicle for my five year old granddaughter. It has lots of power and runs a long time on the battery. We stressed that she needs to totally stop before putting in reverse, so there should be no problems with the gears. I love that the brake is built into the pedal so there is no problem stopping. My seven year old grandson really enjoys it too and they can ride together. Just a really awesome 4-wheeler.
Our daughter loves the quad. She said it was her best birthday ever.
We ordered this for my daughters birthday and when we started putting it together we realized it came with 3 front tires and only one rear tire. She didn't get to ride it on her birthday but the company ( peg perego) sent the correct tire we needed and we had it within a week.
Our 5-y.o. granddaughter says this is the best gift she has ever received. We are glad we got the ride-on quad instead of a sit-in car because she loves being able to operate it standing up - as seen on TV! Let's see how long the battery lasts. From what I've been reading, I expect the battery to die after a few months, at which point I expect a replacement battery will have to be purchased. Each charge only gives 1-2 hours of operation but we were all forewarned and so were not disappointed. I gave this item 4 stars only because of the battery issue. If the unit continues to run and the battery does not die too soon I would consider upgrading to 5 stars because it really is a great gift.
Great machine!! Does great in the grass. There was a broken tab on one of the plastic pieces causing it to come loose every now and again. I did not contact the company yet but it runs strong and easy to put together . I would recommend this product.
I bought this as a Christas gift for my granddaughter, so she has not used it yet. My son was impressed with it, so it must be good. I was looking for one with enough power to go through the yard and gravel and the writeups on this one looks like it does those things.
I have a 3 year old little girl. She loved it at first but after 5 or 6 times riding it, it make a loud grinding noise in the back end and has a very hard time even going.
