Does great job keeping water clean in 75 gallon tank.
Customer service was great

It was a struggle to get the siphon working properly, but it performs great and is easy to assemble and perform maintenance
This is a great filter with a lot of power and a small price tag , its worth the money and easy to setup and prime , cleared the bottom of my 55 gallon tank that had some debris in a matter of seconds , donât hesitate to buy and by the way I have a second one thatâs on itâs way and if you ever need a replacement part theyâre easy to buy by contacting Penn Plax
I love it when it's working. But I guess turtle waste is an other worldly match cause I've had to replace it 2 times now
I love this filter and would have given five stars if it was not so hard to prime. My 38 yr old son who is in great physical shape struggled with priming it. I probably would have returned if he would not have come by to set it up for me. My 90 gallon tank with 2 painted turtles looks crystal clear now. The noise of the pump is not very noticeable if you have it under a cabinet tank stand. We did end up rigging the outflow with a piece of the cut off hose to be routed under the water as it is powerful and that was noisy! Hope to find some tips and tricks for when I need to clean the cannister filter so I am able to prime it myself and not have to ask my son come do it for me.

I just opened this filter system and it's damaged it looks like it's going to be a good filter for my tank I will re-review once I speak to customer service and see how we can resolve this issue and get this filter up and working
