This is a very smooth writing pen! The ink flow does not run or bleed either. It dries very quickly.
This pen is smooth, durable and ergonomically correct. I just keep putting cartridges in the "body" of the pen and they just keep going. I write fairly small, so the .05 tip makes for very clear letters. LOVE THIS PEN!
Outstanding, dependable pen. Ease of writting, fine flow, durability are qualities I have been appreciated for the many years I have used them. They are the only pens I buy.
Absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these pens! The color intensity is AMAZING and the diversity in tip sizes means I can have options when I'm writing. Depending on the document, I switch between .3 and .5. The fine lines are wonderful, the ink flows beautifully and dries quickly so no need to worry about smears. And if all of that wasn't enough, the pen itself is a delight to hold; not too heavy, well balanced and has a grip that makes it ergonomically friendly! Thanks for this line of pens!
These are simply the best pen I've used--smooth-writing, non-smearing, and computable to hold.
I am very pleased with the Pentel EnerGel line of colored needle tip pens and use them daily in my business. I love the comfort and feel of these pens and the smooth way they move along the paper or other surface. Being able to refill these pens is the most valuable feature of the product. It's nice to see a company that is proud enough of their product to make them last and not become another disposable product for the landfill. Thanks.
I like the pen and its ink, however, the pens I have been using have all broken around the screw-in area making it impossible to use them. It is extremely annoying to be taking class notes and have the pen pop open and be unusable.
I have been using these pens for over 10 years. I have now 4 broken pens all for the same crack in the barrel. Over time the plastic becomes brittle and cracks at the threaded part above the gel grip. I even taped the barrel giving a few more days of use. I have 8 EnerGel ink refills I cannot use because of this design flaw. What a poor design..
I ordered several gel 5mm pens from this gentleman after seeing the add in Walmart I figured the pens would be packaged like shown in the webpage but they came unpackaged. How do I know if they are new ones? Last purchase from this gentleman
...but it's garbage. Lasted me about a month, then broke. The clip broke in two places, and the pen tip itself creeped back into the pen casing so far I couldn't write with it. I'd rather use a Fisher, but you can't find them anymore...
