Trying to reduce red meat consumption due to high cholesterol and blood pressure. I used this to make meat sauce that I normally use ground beef for. It turned out pretty good. I came back to buy more and will use it for tacos next time.
Great! I made some chicken tacos with this, chicken meatballs but my favorite is making chicken nuggets- it's the only time while eating chicken nuggets I can say for certain there's actually chicken in them lol
I ordered from you guys once twice a week and two times I've had to complain of things I have not gotten and the ground chicken and chicken is missing as well. Now I have to re-order again.
Usually ground chicken has a sponge like acceptance of seasoning, this time it was really telling of the yuck and extra fats in this ground chicken. If you are a fan of ground chicken because you cant stand that heavy poultry scent of turkey when cooking or the taste, then don't get this. It's worth spending the extra on the green wrapped Perdue free range ground chicken. It may share the same protein and advertised fat content but it is a lesser quality and it is reflected in the price and subsequently massively in the flavor of whatever you cook. Waste of ingredients!!
The description reads ground chicken BREAST when ordering , the product received is just ground chicken/ not breast.
Went to cook the three packages I ordered and picked up only to find they expired the day they were selected for me in the pick up order. Walmart should never gif r pick up orders same day expired items
My meat was marked down and I was charged the full price not the discount amount
They gave me expired meat in my pick up order! Expired by 2 weeks!!! I opened it not paying much attention and the smell was God awful! Walmart has really gone down hill.
I placed the order on Dec 22, the meat was expired on Dec 21. When I opened the box it smelled really bad, then I checked the date found out it was expired already. Can't believe Walmart is selling expired meat to people. When I called customer service, they won't refund the money unless I return the disgusting smelly meat back to the store. Will cancel Walmart and not use them again.
Date to sell was by 6/27 Today is the 29th, which was the day of delivery. I would not have chosen a ground meat pasta last day of sales. Too many chances of food poisoning.
