It is only multi vitamin with dose of coenzyme 10.
I have taken this product for years and I love it. Lately it has been hard to find and I have to use Theragran-M Premier 50 Plus instead. The Theragran has all the same ingredients (some are different quantities), but it costs twice as much. I hope Wal-mart will continue to carry this product. The thing I like best about it is that it contains co-Q10 but doesn't contain iron. This is a great product at a great price.
I have tried many multivitamins and this one is the best by far. It delivers the proper balance of nutrients and it really works! And the price is very affordable.
