The item I purchased met my expectation
I loved everything about it
I ordered this for my stepdaughterand was excited about giving it to her. It was delivered before scheduled delivery date which was a plus. I opened it and was not pleased, I couldn't even tell it was engraved. I had to look close to even see her basketball number and name on the back. I also think the chain and clasp is flimsy. My overall satisfaction on this product is very displeasing.
