Was super easy to purchase & the delivery was super fast. The product arrived in great conditions, looking forward to my next purchase.
I have used these for years but recently loved and couldn't find in area. This site was great easy to use even had helpful hints. But the bonus was I saved money compared to what I had paid before and they arrived as promised.
I just purchased replacement filters, had a hiccup with delivery (not Petsafe responsibility), it was cleared up with a phone call. The filters are exactly, like original, and seem to help keep the water clear.
I was pleasantly surprised to see how long the water stayed clean with using the filter. I thought just because the water was continuously circulating that I could forget the filter. But with the first time using a filter, I don't have to take apart and completely clean the water fountain as often. Cats are happy. For a treat I put ice cubes in the water.
I'm glad I signed up for every other month auto deliveries so my kitties are assured of clean water all the time and I don't have to remember when I replaced a filter last.
These filters came great and they work awesome to keep my cats fountain water fresh!
Filters came on time and as promised. We won't be using them due to the noise the automatic water fountain makes. So noisy the cat wouldn't use the device, so we unplugged it and set it aside.
I have had the drinkwell mini for a couple years and my 17 yo cat LOVES it. Easy to clean and the filer replacements shipp fast
I ordered filters for a pet water fountain...You sent me a plug and a motor...definitely not filters. picture 1 on bottom is what i ordered and should have received. Pictures 2,3 and 4 are what i did receive....not a happy customer
Unfortunately my cat refuses to drink from the water fountain. I thought the filters would help, but she still drinks from the tap at the bathroom washbasin. It's really a nuisance because I have to be on hand to turn the tap on and off.
