I am ordering a 2nd replacement flap after 6 years of heavy use and harsh Arizona sun on the first replacement and 8 years on the one the one before that one. This is absolutely worth a real 5 star review. Keep it out of the sun and it will last much longer. Thanks patsafe, these flaps can really hold up to a lot of abuse.
I've had my classic sliding door frame for over 18 years and have needed to replace the flap twice due to wear and tear and due to a racoon tearing it off. I'm really glad these flaps are still available.
Arrived quickly and fit properly in a pet door that is at least 15 years old.
I installed an aluminum PetSafe small door many years ago in a wall and it has served both small dogs and cats. The frame is still in excellent condition, but the flap had deteriorated. I was so excited to find that a replacement flap is still manufactured.

Prior to purchase we talked with a sales rep and they were very helpful in helping us determine the correct replacement door flap to order for a 20-year old patio door insert. Success! Easy to install and the entire pet door system works as if it were new.
I have had this door for 10 years and I am now buying my first replacement door it has leaked air for a few months but I feel I have gotten my money out of it since 3 dogs and 2 cats have used this door for years
THIS IS A GOOD DOOR FLAP THAT FITS THE PATIO PANEL DOOR AND ALWAYS CLOSES WITH THE MAGNETIC CLOSURE. THE DOGS FIND IT EASY TO USE AND CAN SEE OUT OF IT, EVEN THOUGH IT IS NOT CLEAR. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT IT ONLY SEEMS TO LAST ABOUT 2 YEARS BEFORE IT RIPS AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.
I bought the large replacement flap based on your measurements and the fact it has 5 screws. What you sent has NO screws and is 1 1/2” too short. You guys can keep your products. I also had the above ground AND under ground fencing. Neither worked without harming my dogs - lumps under their skin and severe electric shocks - crap, crap, crap!!!
